Dr. Brad Baack
Dr. Baack brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to his dermatology practice. With a focus on patient-centered care, he emphasizes listening, education, and thorough diagnosis. Dr. Baack has practiced in Longmont, Firestone, Fort Collins, and Flagstaff, AZ, offering comprehensive dermatological services including skin cancer surgery.
Outside the clinic, he enjoys hiking, fishing, biking, reading, drumming, and spending quality time with his family. Dr. Baack is committed to providing exceptional care and building lasting relationships with his patients.
April Hofmann, PA-C
April Hofmann, MMS, PA-C earned a Master of Medical Science from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ with a clinical master’s emphasis in dermatology. She completed her undergraduate education at Colorado State University and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
April developed her passion for dermatology while working at the Fort Collins Skin Clinic for 9 years prior to deciding to pursue a career as a Physician Assistant. She moved to Arizona to attend PA school and then practiced dermatology in Mesa, Arizona until given the opportunity to move back to Colorado. She has been practicing dermatology in Northern Colorado for the past 12 years.
April is a Fort Collins native and enjoys snowboarding, boating, camping, and traveling with her husband and two children.

Eric Krinsky, PA-C
Eric Krinsky, PA-C, brings a decade of dermatology experience to Northern Colorado. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and later graduated from the Physician Assistant program at Pacific University, Oregon. In between his undergraduate degree and medical training, Eric worked as a surgical device trainer and representative for 12 years, primarily working the operating room.
Eric holds a Diplomate Fellowship with the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) and is committed to providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. He actively encourages open communication about patient’s concerns and goals. As someone who personally deals with his own eczema, he has a special interest in treating this and similar conditions. His expertise also extends to the detection and treatment of skin cancers, emphasizing early diagnosis and patient education as fundamental to effective care.
Outside of his professional life, Eric loves the outdoors, playing golf, cycling, hiking, and traveling. He is also a loyal supporter of the University of Colorado Buffaloes and cherishes spending quality time with his family and friends.
Aaron McGrew, PA-C
As a Fort Collins native, Aaron McGrew, PA-C, MS, is a graduate of Fort Collins High School. Aaron also attended Colorado State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in biological science with an emphasis in microbiology in 2002. As a participant in the University Honors program, Aaron's additional fields included: anatomy, genetics and ecology. Aaron then went on to the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver (CHA/PA program) where he received his Bachelor of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies, with an emphasis in pediatrics.
Aaron completed his Master of Science at the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center department of pediatrics with an emphasis in neurology. Aaron and his wife enjoy running, biking, rock climbing and gardening in their free time. As an instrumentalist and vocalist Aaron often participates in musical groups, such as Laudamus Chamber Chorale, and enjoys attending the Fort Collins Symphony Orchestra concerts.

Natalie Miller, PA-C
Natalie Miller is a board-certified Physician Assistant since 2013. She began her career in Emergency Medicine after completing her Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies from South University in Savannah, Georgia. Natalie earned a Diplomate Fellowship with the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants(SDPA) and has enjoyed providing Dermatologic care to the communities of Northern Colorado since becoming a resident in 2019.
Prior to practicing medicine, she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, earning a Bachelor of Science triple major in Biology, Zoology, and Conservation. She worked as an EMT in Oregon, where she fell in love with the west. A long-time member of the National Guard, she flew MEDEVAC Black Hawk and Chinook helicopters while working as a civilian Physician Assistant.
Natalie is thrilled to be a part of the Altitude Dermatology team. Her passion lies in providing person-centered care, focusing on education and collaboration to develop a tailored treatment approach. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, and skiing with her young family in the beautiful Colorado mountains.
Nichole Hart, FNP-BC
Nichole’s healthcare journey began in 2002 when she earned a Bachelor of Science in Public and Community Health from the University of Maryland. She later completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Salisbury University in 2005, initially gaining valuable experience in critical care before advancing her career. Nichole went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in 2012 and has specialized in dermatology since 2013.
She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in patient-centered dermatologic care. She is licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in Colorado and nationally certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Nichole maintains active memberships with the Society of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners and the Dermatology Nurses’ Association.
Nichole values forming meaningful relationships with her patients, emphasizing attentive listening, education, and collaborative care planning. She believes strongly in compassionate care and strives to create a welcoming, respectful atmosphere for all her patients.
Her clinical expertise includes treating common and complex skin conditions such as acne, rosacea, psoriasis, and eczema. She is particularly passionate about skin cancer prevention, screenings, and early detection. Nichole also offers cosmetic dermatology services, focusing on skin rejuvenation treatments that enhance her patients' natural beauty.
Originally from Maryland, Nichole relocated to Colorado in 2020 with her husband and son. Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking, skiing, and camping—often exploring Colorado’s mountains with her family.
