Experience in Dermatology and Patient Care
Originally from Pennsylvania, Dr. Matthew Franklin earned a B.S. with the highest honors in biology and a minor in chemistry at the University of Pittsburgh. He subsequently earned his M.D. from Penn State University College of Medicine in Hershey, PA. After matching into Dermatology, Dr. Franklin completed his internal medicine internship at Crozer-Chester Medical Center outside of Philadelphia, PA.
This was followed by a completion of both a dermatology residency at MetroHealth/Case Western Reserve University and a dermatopathology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, OH.
In his free time, Dr. Franklin enjoys hiking, boating and playing volleyball and pickleball.
